He is one of the directors of Nicholas Outsourcing Pvt Ltd .He has over 13+ Yrs. of experience in entrepreneurial K-12 smart educational ecosystem and is the 1st CEO & Founder of Nicholas Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd. (Estd. IN 2019) at Delhi.
He has handled Dream India Schools which was a 3 To 5 Project Cost. He was involved in establishing, running and maintaining the schools. He has also worked with Grichael Books & Publisher wherein he was involved in establishing the Supply chain, management of Books, Stationary and Uniform for Over 25 To 50+ Thousand Students. He was also involved in the Shri Narayani Educare establishing the Supply chain, management of Books, Stationery and Uniforms.
He Organized Corporate Trainings, designed Training Material For All Type Of Trainings related to education and healthcare services for Govt. & Private sector.
He has designed All Smart Graphical Modules & Holistic Material For K-12 Group and DTP Work for SAP for Different Clients Of NIIT while working with Pelsoft IT & Manpower Solutions.He has vast experience in setting up and running of schools and healthcare services.
SHEIKH ABDULLAH
Sheikh Abdullah is associated with the Company since its inception and looks after its outsourcing business, He has experience of more than 20 years in managing human resources. He is expert in Administrative and HR Policies. He has good experience of working with Educational Institutions.
During his early career days, he worked in the Middle East and on his return to India, he associated with leading business houses in the state of Jharkhand.
He also has experience of trading and supply of Textiles and Uniforms to Educational Institution, Steel and Coal Industries in the state of Jharkhand.
He is well known figure in Jharkhand and has expertise in providing Solutions to day-to-day administrative problems and managing Human Resources.
POONAM SHARMA
Poonam Sharma is a Graduate form Delhi University and has experience of around 15 years in Administrative, Accounting & Educational Institutions. She has worked with leading business houses and CA Firm in New Delhi area.
She also has experience of trading and supply in Educational and Garment industry and is associated with Nicholas since its inception
She has wonderful experience of setting up Supply Chain Management and providing Solutions to day to day administrative problems and handling HR.
